| ITI Rajouri road in dilapidated condition, PWD in deep slumber | | |

Rajouri, Jan 9: The ITI Rajouri road is in dilapidated condition but the concerned Public Works Department seems least bothered to the sufferings of people of the areas who travel through this road on daily basis.
Sources told Early Times that the road has huge significance as many government offices are situated along side this road but huge potholes, water-logging cerate inconvenience to the commuters.
"Apart from ITI Rajouri, there is RDD Office, Information Department office, Gujjar Hostel etc. but the condition of the road speaks volume of the apathetic attitude of PWD Rajouri, which never took care of the matter seriously," they alleged further adding that the issue of road was taken up with concerned XEn PWD nearly month ago but till date no action was taken, which exposed the tall claims of the department. Thousands of people pass through this road on daily basis yet department hesitate to initiate repair work. |
