Rajouri, Jan 13: The Rajouri-Poonch National Highway at Salani Bridge has virtually been turned into pool of water due to incessant rains which is continued from last night making difficult for traffic movement.
As per reports, there is huge water logging on NH near Salani Bridge, which connect Mughal road Poonch district where 2-3 feet deep water logging on this stretch. BRO GREF, which takes care of border road was missing on this difficult time. "Due to absence of drainage system along the road is the main cause of the water logging during rains," the locals alleged. Many vehicles were seen stuck in the water logging and were struggling to get out of the situation. |
