Some Cong leaders avoid singing Vandematram during Republic Day function

Jammu, Jan 26: Desperately trying to project the party as “nationalist”, Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) on organized a function on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day. All senior leaders of the party were present in the function.
The function was organized by the Congress Sewa Dal in which leaders of all parental organizations of the party attended the event.
The Republic Day function was started with the signing of national song Vandematram. When Sewa Dal workers were singing Vandematram many senior party leaders were appeared to the avoiding singing Vandematram because many radical groups have already opposed singing of Vandemantram.
As per video, which has gone viral in the social media, Sewa Dal workers were singing Vandematram but some senior Congress leaders were avoiding singing the national song.
Although Congress leaders are claiming to be “nationalists” but still they are under the influence of radical elements who are opposed to singing Vandematram to appease fundamentalist elements.
Important to mention here that many religious groups belong to minority community organized functions on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day in which Vandematram was sung but some Congress leaders of J&K avoided singing national song which was source of inspirations for freedom fighters.
