Admin constitutes team for Sunderbani for creating COVID 19 awareness

Rajouri, Mar 31: Rajouri Administration has constituted a team of officials for tehsil Sunderbani to create awareness among the people during COVID-19 lockdown.
The team was comprised of ADC Sunderbani Vinod Kumar and SHO Sunderbani Sanjeev Singh Slathia, tehsildar Sunderbani Jitender Singh, who have been conducting door to door awareness campaign.
The officers have been educating them to stay at home during lockdown to protect themselves from deadly COVID-19. They are also providing the people their contact numbers for any help relating to medical, grocery items so that local public may not suffer.
The local Panchs, Sarpanchs were directed by the officials to inform the admin about people having travel history so that their tests should be conducted. The team also visited Panchayat Devak, Nallah, Langer, Patrara, Bandrai and made aware the people the Corona and took stock of the problems being faced the people. Ex Sarpanch Devak Om Parkash, while talking to told Early Times appreciated the officials and thanked them for their efforts.
ADC Sudnerbani Vinod Kumar said that it is their duty to create awareness among the people and ensuring the arrangements of essential commodities.
