SCON to help border villagers

Jammu, May 18: The Stephens College of Nursing (SCON) and Stephens International Public School has taken initiative to distribute dry ration in the border village Arnia (Jammu) where the people are already in crisis because of routine shelling since being the border area.
Dr Kamal Saini (IGP Retd) Chairman Stephens College of Nursing said that we all have to fight Corona together and protect our society against it, which can only be achieved by united efforts.
The Director SIPS Satvinder Saini said that Dr. Aparna Educational trust always will stand for the cause of needy. Manoj Kotru Advisor Stephens College of Nursing requested all to come forward to help the people in crisis. This is right time when we have to help each other to come out of this crisis. He further stated that we all have to augment the welfare schemes of the Govt. since they all can’t suffice the requirement of the society. The families to whom the dry ration has been distributed were selected by conducting the prior survey so that the ration goes to people who are in dire need of it.
Dr. Kamal Saini (IGP Retd) Chairman, Stephens College of Nursing assured that that the Dr. Aparna Educational Trust will always stand for the cause of poor and upliftment of needy.
