25 fresh positive cases, 328 active positive cases in north Kashmir

BARAMULLA, May 31: Twenty five fresh positive cases were reported, 01 each recovered in Kupwara and Baramulla, 328 are active positive cases, while as two more areas have been declared as Red zones in this north Kashmir district today.
According to the details available, 25 fresh positive cases were reported today including 10 travelers in Kupwara, 268 are cumulative, active positive cases are 193, one recovered, in Baramulla district 15 fresh positive cases were reported today, 238 are cumulative and one has recovered and 05 deaths have also occurred so far. In Bandipora 146 are cumulative, 11 are active positive cases and one death has occurred so for.
Chairman DDMA, District Magistrate Baramulla issued an order vide no: DMB/PS/C-19/RZ/1722-25 dated 31/05/2020, that reads, village Gantamulla Payeen/Balla of thesil Narwav and Khowjabagh of tehsil Baramulla are notified as Red zones.
Consequently there shall be no inward or outward movement of any person/s from the said areas and people shall stay indoors as there will be complete lockdown.
Further, the surrounding areas of Khowjabagh namely Singhbagh and Sheikh Mohalla are declared as Buffer zones and the inhabitants of these areas shall strictly restrict their movements and shall not allow relatives/visitors to visit their homes during restrictions.
There shall be no movement whatsoever allowed in these areas, everyone shall remains indoors and not venture out, reads an order.w
