Jammu, June 22: Although district administration had announced that a report about the mysterious death of two persons would be submitted on June 22 but till this evening authorities have yet to make it public. People were expecting that administration would submit the report and single out those who were responsible for the deaths to two nephews of a Covid positive patient.
The bereaved family members had already alleged that both victims had lost their lives due to the negligence of the authorities. The victims were declared dead on Thursday evening but their bodies reached their respective homes on Saturday morning after post-mortem and other legal formalities.
The victims had gone to perform the last rites of a deceased in Tawi River in Sidhra area of Jammu district on Wednesday and reportedly collapsed before the cremation and later died in the hospital.

As per the order, DM Jammu, Sushma Chouhan had ordered ADM, Jammu to conduct proper inquiry into the incident and postmortem constituted a board of doctors and also conduct COVID test of both bodies and submit the report till 22 June.
