JAMMU, June 23: Under the aegis of the Chief Justice of J&K High Court, Justice Gita Mlttal and Executive Chairman JKSLSA Justice Rajesh Bindal and under the guidance of the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Rajouri, Jaffer Hussain Beg, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Rajouri organized an awareness camp on Covid-19 at District Jail Dhangn, Raiouri with the active co-ordination of District Youth Services & Sports, Rajouri and Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rajouri.
On this occasion, the Secretary DLSA, Raiouri Meyank Gupta, Physical Education Master, District Youth Services & Sports Adrees Wani, District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra Nitin Hangloo, Superintendent Jail, jail inmates and jail staff were also present.
The Chairman, DLSA Rajouri apprised the gathering regarding the facts and myths associated with Covld-19. He stressed upon the jail inmates to wear masks, to wash hands properly and to disclose to Jail Authorities in case anyone has the symptoms like cough, cold or fever in order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus.
He further stressed upon the inmates to maintain proper hygiene. On this occasion, sports goods comprising of Cricket Kit, Badminton kits, Carom Boards, Volleyballs, skipping ropes and rubber rings were distributed amongst the inmates of the jail by the Chairman DLSA. Rajouri.
