Mechanic to millionaires: Pappu Bhaiya makes his fortune by alleged land grabbing

Jammu, Aug 8: Made his fortune allegedly by grabbing land of gullible people, Pappu Bhaiya, a UP resident, a scooter mechanic became a millionaire of Akhnoor town within a short span of five years.
Apart from accumulating huge wealth, Amar Parshad alias Pappu Bhaiya become a hardcore criminal in Police record, as multiple complaints stand registered at Akhnoor Police Station.
“He tried to keep complaints against him under the carpet by bribing some corrupt Police officials in the past. Recently the victims of his atrocities raised their voice and staged protests. Taking cognizance of public outcry Akhnoor Police registered three FIRs vis FIR No. 87/2020 u/s 341/323/382 IPC, FIR 103/2020 u/s 452/354/ 294/323/504/506 IPC and FIR No. 109/2020 u/s 447/427/336/506 IPC”, sources said, adding that meanwhile, Pappu Bhiaya secured relief from the Court, as he got anticipatory bail in two cases.
On August 6, the Principal Sessions Judge Jammu revoked the pre-arrest bail granted to him. “The Court of Principal Sessions Judge Jammu on July 23, 2020 granted him pre-assert, but did not bother to visit the Police Station in compliance to the conditions stated in the order and rather chosen to abscond,” the order announced by Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, Sanjeev Gupta read, and added, “In my opinion the conduct of the petition and his criminal antecedents disentitle his from seeking further extension of interim bail in the light of allegations made against him by the victim, which offence is antisocial and against the society at general.”
Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, further order that the application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner is dismissed and other interim bails dated 23/07/2020 stands revoked. “The concerned Police shall take steps under law for arrest of the petitioner”, the Principal Sessions Judge Jammu said in his order. “On August 7, Police Station Akhnoor arrested Pappu Bhaiya, who was absconding for the last 53 days.
Sources in Police informed that the Pappu Bhaiya married to a local girl of Sungal Morh Akhnoor, was scooter mechanic and in last five years he earned amassed huge assets and become owner of automobile showroom in the town along with several hundred kanal of land in prime locations with market value in crores.
