Railways introduces TRADE-UP initiative in J&K, Ladakh UTs | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 8: On the directions of Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM), Northern Railways, the Ferozepur Division has taken an initiative to provide one stop facility to all its customers across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and the UTs of J&K and Ladakh. The initiative called Trade & Relations Augmentation and Development Executives (TRADE-UP) have nominated Cluster/District heads to facilitate the general public and Railway customers for ensuring complaint free and convenient railway services. With respect to the UTs of J&K and Ladakh, eleven districts of UT of J&K and two districts of Ladakh UT, have been divided into four ‘bussiness clusters’ to make railway transportation convenient and available to all through market surveys, business-logistics mapping of the region, spreading awareness about available railway services and policy initiatives and providing a hassle free and convenient experience through dedicated facilitation team and dedicated 24x7 facilitations numbers.
