BJP has a clear agenda of creating differences among the society: JKPYC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 8: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress General Secretary Nimrandeep Singh Bhullar welcomed the decision of including Dogri, Urdu, Kashmiri, Hindi and English in official languages of J&K. Meanwhile Bhullar also criticized the Government for not including Punjabi as official languages in J&K. Bhullar said I do not know where this divide came from. But this whole issue clearly shows the sick mentality of such leaders and officials which has a clear agenda of dividing people and creating differences among the society by doing such dirty politics. He expressed his concerns over non-inclusion of Punjabi in official languages of Jammu and Kashmir since the said language is widely spoken all over the world. “This is a deep rooted conspiracy to eliminate the Punjabi culture from J&K. A large section in the UT speaks Punjabi and as a subject is also being taught in different Colleges, Universities,” Bhullar said. Singh Said by excluding Punjabi from official language of JKUT which is not only a direct form of discrimination based on culture (allowing it to be on the same level as discrimination based on gender, race or religion) and this will never be tolerated at all. |
