AAP castigates de-recognition of Punjabi language
9/9/2020 12:20:33 AM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 8: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Jammu and Kashmir has lashed out at Union Territory administration backed by Centre, which has allegedly de-recognized Punjabi language in Jammu and Kashmir. “Languages spoken within a country use to play a major role for maintaining much needed brotherhood among the people & an overall strength of that particular nation and such a traditional trend within India had provided both brotherhood & strength whereas our tall personalities were use to proudly quote examples before the people related to the said beautiful trend but it is quite unfortunate that present incompetent Modi Govt & its subordinate LG administration in J&K has de-recognized the sweet and beautiful language Punjabi, said AAP leaders, while addressing media persons.
The press conference was addressed by Om Parkash Khajuria (District In-charge, Jammu) S. Paramveer Singh (volunteer) and others. They strongly criticized the unjustified decision of LG administration and termed it as its Junk-Mindset.
AAP leaders said that responsibility for promotion of different languages was given to the different ‘State Academies of Art, Culture & Languages’ but such academies badly failed to perform their duties for which our corrupt and incompetent ruling class is also responsible to much extent. “Similarly, our State School Boards & Universities were also supposed to promote the recognized languages but these were also failed to perform despite separate academic wings”, release added.
Pertinent to mention here that on one hand, our elite class families related school going students in so-called top schools are learning foreign languages like French & German whereas on the other hand our old and rich languages like Punjabi and Sanskrit are being ignored by our dummy ruling class. We should not forget the fact that our Languages always proved as binding forces of our nation the main requirement to protect the country from domestic & foreign threats but it is communal Modi Govt and its subordinate LG administration that has almost divided the nation for cheap political gains including hate spreading among different sections including our defense forces too, release added.
Further launching a scathing attack, the leaders observe, our country has to face the alarming threats from our neighboring countries and in that case, internal strength of country is must and that can be promoted through promotion of our languages as merely weaponry strength fails to deliver the victory in absence to inner strength but it is unfortunate on the part of Modi Govt that merely believes in “Jumla-Desh Bhagti” and ruining the beautiful social structure of India.
