| Sanjeet demands enquiry in construction of indoor stadium | | |

UDHAMPUR, Sep 14: Advocate Sanjeet Bavouria with the badminton players submitted a memorandum to Dr Piyush Singla, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur and demanded high level enquiry in construction of Indoor Stadium at Subhash Stadium.
Sanjeet Bavouria briefing the media presence November 16, 2013 the foundation stone for the Indoor Sports Complex was laid at Subhash Stadium, Udhampur by the then Sports Minister Taj Mohi-ud-Din total cost of Rs 1.34 crore was sanctioned for the construction of this sports complex with concrete floor to give a fillip to sports activities including Badminton and Table Tennis besides conducting tournaments for indoor games like Wushu, Judo, Gymnastic, Powerlifting, Chess, Carrom, etc.
He said that after long waiting badminton players not performing in this stadium badminton player said that to play badminton in Indoor Stadium minimum height 39 feet but this Stadium wall height 20, with tin shed total height 30 feet 9 fit height is short this Stadium totally useless a information received through RTI Sports Council Jammu and Kashmir this stadium designing in local architect instead of government approval architect.
