anantnag, Dec 02: District Election Officer, Anantnag Kuldeep Krishan Sidha on Tuesday placed a Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) official under suspension for mismanaging transport.
The DEO directed Additional Deputy Commissioner (G), Anantnag to serve charge sheet to the official and asked him to submit a detailed enquiry report within a week.
"Pending enquiry into the alleged mismanagement and faulty implementation of transport plan at Dandipora Distribution Centre, which could have seriously jeopardized the transportation of poll material, Sh Shahid Chirag, MVI, ARTO Anantnag is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect and attached with Additional Deputy Commissioner (G), Anantnag", reads an order No 401 of 2020 dated 29.11.2020 reads
"Additional Deputy Commissioner (G), Anantnag shall serve charge sheet, conduct enquiry into the matter and furnish a detailed report within a week. He shall also seek explanation from ARTO, Anantnag for poor monitoring", order further reads. |
