Multi-lingual "e-laghu kahani goshthi" held

Jammu, Jan 3: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) today organised a multi-lingual "e-laghu kahani goshthi" wherein seven writers recited their short stories .
The goshthi was presided over by eminent Hindi and Dogri poet and writer Sushil Bhola and the programme was supervised and coordinated by advocate Harish Kaila president NDS . The literary meet was conducted by Yash Pal Yash general secretary.
Padam Singh in his hindi kahani "Jugaadd" potraited the disloyalty of senior government functionary where he demeans the professional ethics and damages the interests of the stakeholders for personal gains and protection of his job by way of silly Jugaadds .
Sudershan Kumari narrated woeful Dogri kahani of a pair of sparrows and how their pinky dreams of a nest shattered when female sparrow died by hitting a moving fan with a grass straw in her beak . Kalpana Gupta "Rattan" in her Hindi kahani "Farishta" talked of gestures of owness by a family friend who delivered and shared gift and sweets with friends family on Diwali festival when head man of the family could not reach on the occasion . Kusum Sharma "Antra" in her hindi kahani "Sarangee" has shown mirror to the entire society where an engineering graduate Nabhia becomes Sarangee (prostitute) by compulsions . Shushil Bhola in his presidential address served participants with flavoury literary treat when he weaved and presented a fascinating story of a widower depicting all the characters of all the seven stories read in the goshthi . Others who participated include Prof Anupama Sharma patron youth wing NDS ,group captain Dupinder Singh , Joginder Singh , Nidhi Kaila , Rohit Choudhary ,Chanchal Sharma , Sanjiv Sharma , Usha Kiran "Kiran" and Mohan Singh Jamwal .
