| Prof. Monika Mahajan elected staff secretary Commerce College | | |

Jammu, Apr 5: A meeting of the gazetted teaching staff of Govt SPMR College of Commerce was held today under the convener ship of senior faculty Prof. Archana Kaul accompanied by Sandhya Bharadwaj, Prof. Savita Jamwal, Lalit Kumar Gaind, Parveen Singh and other faculty members to elect the staff secretary of the College for the session 2021-22. Prof. Archana Kaul informed the house about the agenda of the meeting and thereby Sandhya Bharadwaj proposed the name of Prof. Monika Mahajan as staff Secretary which was seconded by Prof. Savita Jamwal and Prof. Parveen Singh. As no other name was proposed for the said post despite repeated request by the senior faculty member Prof. Archana Kaul, Prof. Monika Mahajan of Department of Computer Sciences was unanimously elected as new Staff Secretary of the Govt SPMR College of Commerce. The other team members who were unanimously elected were Prof. Reeta Menia from Department of Economics as Joint Secretary, Prof. Roomi Rani of Department of Commerce as Treasurer and Prof. Harpreet Kaur from Department of English as Media Incharge. |
