GS Sports Club vow to fight drug menace

Jammu, Apr 19: GS Sports Club called on SHO Bishnah Insp. Joginder Chib under the guidance of its Chairman Sushant Gupta. Chairman briefed SHO Bishnah about the activities of their club in area and all over Jammu province. Sushant Gupta assured SHO Bishnah that GS Sports Club will work shoulder to shoulder along with police department to fight against drug menace. He told him how by organising various sports events and awareness seminar in area they are carrying a movement against drug abuse in Bishnah. Gupta further assured support of their volunteers during Covid-19 pandemic to fight against this deadly virus and to help needy during this pandemic. SHO Joginder Singh Chib gave patient hearing to the club members. He appreciated efforts of GS Sports Club in the Society especially in youth. He assured Gupta to that Bishnah police will not leave any stone unturned to eradicate drugs menace from area. He added Police Department will strictly act against the drug dealers and buyers. He assured no one will be spared and all involved will be punished under law. Those include in the meeting were Bunny Sadotra (Vice President GS Sports Club), Ashok Jandyal (General Secretary GS Sports Club).
