Malik cautions JK people against misleading slogans to grab power

UDHAMPUR, Sept 8: Prominent persons continue to join Lok Janshakti Party in various parts of J&KUT. In this regard, today prominent political workers from Udhampur joined LJP under the leadership of Rafiq Malik LJP J&K UT President.
While welcoming the youth including some prominent women from District Udhampur who were eager to join LJP, Malik said that the doors for joining our party are open for genuine people and the party will always welcome them.
While briefing the media, he said LJP is a party of the people and for the people who want to serve the nation in a transparent way and to strengthen the roots of our world famous democracy with a secular fabric. He added that it is due to the credibility of the party that the youth, students and right thinking people want to work for the party under the most trusted and matured leadership of Chirag Paswan.
He said LJP is committed to provide a vibrant platform to youths to play their designated role in the state polity and help in shaping its politico-economic destiny.
He said the time has come to unite and defeat communal forces which are befooling the poor with false slogans.
Malik further said political leaders are yet again befooling people of J&K after remaining failure in good governance. Lambasting the BJP, he said today every section of the society is on road, shopkeepers, traders, transport unions, daily wagers, market unions while BJP is terming these days as “Achhe Din". Demanding restoration of statehood before holding elections in Jammu and Kashmir, he said that people expect an early restoration of Statehood ahead of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
