Srinagar, Sept 21: Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday saluted the courage and supreme sacrifice of two Army officers who laid down their lives in a helicopter crash in Udhampur district of Jammu region.
In a tweet on the official twitter handle of LG, Mr Sinha said, “I salute the courage and supreme sacrifice of our braveheart Army officers Major Rohit Kumar & Major Anuj Rajput who laid down their lives in the line of duty at Patnitop, Udhampur. My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families in this hour of grief.”
Major Kumar and Mr Rajput died in a helicopter crash at Patnitop in Udhampur district in Jammu region today. |
