| DYSSO Jammu launches ‘Clean India’ programme at Green Belt Park | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 1: Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) District Jammu launched ‘Clean India’ programme (avoid single use of plastic) under the chairmanship of Director YS&S J&K UT.
The programme was e-launched by Principal Secretary to the Govt YSS Department while Jatinder Mishra, Dy Director Central YS&S Deptt was present at the venue Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
During the programme, Mishra advised all the officials and junior officers to connect with programme physically on all days up to the end of this month. He also advised to make a chain of the officials/officers working in the offices for this programme to make it successful in a befitted manner. ZPEOs of District Jammu are advised to send their officials to the villages nearby for widespread the message of ‘Clean India’.
Among those were present included Nissar Ahmed, District Youth Coordinator NYK Jammu and their group of all young ones.
Anil Sharma, Lecturer Physical Education Hari Singh HSS Jammu also enlighten the gathering about the harmful effects of plastic use. DYSSO Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma also participated in the programme. |
