Srinagar, September 18: Uncle of Senior Journalist Wasim Majnoon Mir, brother of Mohd Majnoon Mir (A Prominent Businessman) and Father of Irshad Ahmad Mir(Lecturer) passed away on Sunday.
According to Reports, Haji Gh Nabi Mir (Well known Contractor/Businessman) son of Late Kh Mohd Mir resident of Mir Mohalla Kupwara today died due to brief illness at home.
Eye witness said among thousands of people who attended the funeral prayers of Kupwara Times Chief Editor's Uncle Haji Gh Nabi Mir include top political leaders, senior officials of the civil administration, members of civil society, academicians and lawyers. Death of Haji Gh Nabi Mir the uncle of the Editor in Chief Wasim Majnoon Mir has been widely mourned and condolences continue to pour in from people of all walks of life from all parts of the state to Senior Journalist and his bereaved family.
