Poonch, Nov 17: A deputation of All Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation, led By its District President Sanjeev Dutta called on CEO Poonch, Bishamber Dass and submitted him a memorandum regarding burning issues of teacher community, like time bound promotion of teachers.
Expressing their concern on various burning issues like ATD, Rationalization of Teachers, Biometric attendance, DPC, the AJKLTF leaders said that the education department is passing through a worst ever crises. Most of the posts of Masters, Lecturers, ZEO, Principals are lying vacant which causes a huge irregularities and inconveniences to the teaching learning process.
They demanded early promotion of teachers to masters, filling of all the posts lying vacant in the department, transparent rationalization of teachers, payment to all the teachers who purchased Biometric attendance machine, time Bound promotion etc.
Bishamber Dass CEO Poonch listened the demands sympathetically and assured necessary action from his end.
The deputation was comprised of Darshan Bharti, State senior Vice President, Jeevan Prakash, General secretary, Bhadur Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, Mohinder Bali, Dr. Dharminder Shashtri, Vinod Bakshi and Ravinder Dutta. |
