VIJAYPUR, June 5: On the eve of World Environment Day, Principal, Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur, Ranjit Singh Sambyal-IPS organizes a plantation drive in and around the Institute to promote environmental awareness and responsibility among the trainees and public. The Principal inaugurated the event with the plantation of an ornamental sapling followed by other GOs of the Institute. Thereafter the event saw enthusiastic participation from the staff, trainees and public who collectively planted a variety of plants, including ornamental, medicinal, herbal, and fruit-bearing saplings. On the occasion, Principal highlighted the importance of the event and said that the plantation drive serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of environmental protection and sustainable practices, particularly within the context of public services. The event also reinforces the institute's commitment to fostering a sense of environmental responsibility among its members. All staff and trainees have participated in the event. |
