| NIA Court Doda frames charges against UAPA accused | | |

DODA, June 5: The Addl. District and Session Judge (Fast Track ) NIA court Doda while hearing the case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act has framed the charges against accused persons involved in case FIR No. 14/2024 of PS Dessa. While giving detail SSP Doda Sh Sandeep Mehta JKPS said that case FIR No. 14/2024 Under section 103 (1) 147,149 315 BNS , U/S 13,16,19 & 20 of UAPA was registered at PS Dessa on 16-07-2024 and investigation of the case was entrusted to Sh Ajay Anand DySP Hqrs Doda. The investigation was conducted in a very professional manner by the IO and during investigation found (1) Muneer Hussain S/O Gh Hassan R/O Malwas A/P Dabra Pranoo, (2) Tanveer Ahmed S/O Abdul Samad R/O Nilsoo Kulhand (3) Noor Alam S/O Sayad Wali R/O Baggar Tehsil Assar and (4) Kunj Lal S/O Tarlohu R/O Herani Tehsil Assar involved in the commission of crime. Accordingly challan of the case was produced in the Addl. District and Session Judge (Fast Track) NIA court Doda for judicial determination. During trial, court found enough evidences to proceed further for trial in the instant case. Accordingly today on 05-06-2025, during trial the court has framed charges against above named accused who are presently in judicial custody. |
