CHANDIGARH, July 21: The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Punjab, has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dream a Dream, a non-profit organization that supports children from difficult backgrounds to build confidence and lead meaningful lives. Speaking to the media, Youth Coordinator Laddi Jattana shared that through this partnership, life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) will be integrated into school education across Punjab. Dream a Dream has already been supporting the implementation of the Happiness Curriculum and other SEL-related programs in Punjab for the past two years. The main aim of this collaboration is to create school environments where students can learn with confidence, teachers can become caring and supportive guides, and the overall education system promotes emotional understanding, social awareness, and future-readiness.
