Early Times Report JAMMU, July 21: In a landmark development for the Union Territory of Ladakh, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, has officially assumed office as the 3rd Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
