SUNDERBANI, Oct 26: Jammu Province Bachao Manch (JBM) launched membership drive at Sunderbani today and announced office bearers to intensify its activities on the gross root level.
Col. Yesh Paul Sharma has been approved as Convenor for the Ex-Servicemen Department, whereas Subash Sharma Lecturer (Retd) and Jai Ram Social Activist as Convenors for Sunderbani and Siot Blocks, Yograj as Ex-Servicemen Department Incharge for Sunderbani and Siot Blocks of Rajouri District. Eradication of Corruption from public life, Good Governance, Nashabandi (campaign against drug abuse), Restoration of Statehood with Land and Job Guarantees, Regularisation of Ad-hoc, Temporary and Daily Wage Employees, Transparent and equitable distribution of Employment Opportunities, Protection of Environment, Forests, Wildlife and Management of Water Bodies and Natural Resources, Consumer Protection and Civil Liberties besides Affordable Justice etc. has been the objectives of the JBM, said its Chairman & Former Law Maker, Ashok Sharma while addressing the Media Persons here.
Sharma informed the general public to join in large numbers the membership drive launched by this non-political platform constituted for their support, determined to serve to people without any payback. Those who joined the press conference included Vidya Nath Sharma who was the first to enroll himself as member, Vinod Sharma, Pt.
