10/28/2025 6:36:47 PM

early time report

Jammu, Oct 28: While briefing the media persons at the house Y puran kumar at Chandigarh Sham Lal Basson said that it is very unfortunate that adv Rakesh kishore attempted to hurl shoe on CJI and how adv Anil Mishra has disrespected Dr B R Ambedkar father of Indian Constitution.
He toll to media persons that institutional murder of Sr IPS officer Y Puran kumar has shaken Bahujans of the country.
The Haryana govt has utterly failed to take action against all those accused who have been mentioned in the suicide note Y puran kumar ADGP Haryana.
0The emotional scenes were witnessed at the Cremation Ground of 25 sector with mourners raising slogans in favour of Y puran kumar. His wife Amneet P Kumar Sr IAS officer, two daughters and his brother in law MLA Amit Rattan paid their final respect before last rites were performed.
Sham lal Basson assured full co operation to the family of Y Puran Kumar. He told to Amneet P Kumar Sr IAS officer that a massive protest/dharna was organised by SC ST OBC MINORITIES Organisations at Dr B R Ambedkar chowk Jammu.
Sham Basson further said that instead of giving justice to the family of Y Puran kumar an FIR has been registered against Amneet P Kumar wife of late Y Puran kumar, his brother in law MLA Amit Rattan. Chandigarh police formed 6 members SIT to probe alleged suicide of y puran kumar. Late Y Puran kumar in his purported suicide note has named 9 serving IPS OFFICERS of Haryana police, a retired IPS officer and 3 retired IAS officers accusing them of caste based discrimination, public humiliation, targeted mental harassment and atrocities that pushed him to take extreme step. FIR was registered against Amneet P Kumar, her brother and two others after alleged suicide of Sandeep lathar ASI of Haryana police. It is pertinent to mention here that Sh Manohar Lal khattar union Minister and ex chief minister visited the house of Late Sandeep Rathar who allegedly committed suicide but not in uttered even a single word about suicide case of Y Puran Kumar.
Many political parties, social activists have deman ded a thorough and impartial investigations. It is very disturbing that IPS officer whose wife is Sr IAS officer and brother in law is an MLA has to take such a step. This raises serious questions which must be answered. It is not out of place to mention here that there is institutional casteism within our systems of power. The loss of Y Puran kumar, a dalit IPS officer from Haryana lays bare the cruelty of institutional casteism within our systems of power. This systemic injustices forces officers to conseal their, to perform twice as hard just to be treated equal. This moment urges for a dedicated law to punish institutional casteism.
It is worthwhile to mention here that shameful acts of adv Rakesh kishore and adv Anil Mishra are an insult not only to the dignity of Judiciary but also to the legacy of Dr B R Ambedkar who dedicated his whole life to upholding justice equality and democracy. If they are not punished it will become precedence to disrespect judges in Judiciary in future
