Jammu, Nov 2: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu under the leadership of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu organized the valedictory ceremony of the General Management Programme for Middle Management – Batch I for NHPC Limited (A Government of India Navratna Enterprise) at the Nyaya Classroom, Vedanta MDP Centre, IIM Jammu.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by Dr. Mahesh Gadekar, Program Director, IIM Jammu and Dr. Gaana J, Program Director, IIM Jammu.
The session commenced with a welcome address and program report by Dr. Gaana J, Program Director, IIM Jammu who provided an overview of the program’s objectives, learning outcomes, and participant engagement. This was followed by reflections from the participants, who shared their enriching experiences and key takeaways from the programme.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Mahesh Gadekar, Program Director, IIM Jammu. The valedictory ceremony culminated with the National Anthem, marking the completion of the programme.
The participants shared positive reflections on the programme, expressing appreciation for the enriching sessions, engaging interactions, and overall positive learning experience.
