Nasha Mukht Club organises Awareness Programme on Drug Abuse

JAMMU, Mar 14: The Nasha Mukht Club of Government Degree College Nagrota, in collaboration with the 160 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Nagrota, organised an awareness programme on drug abuse in the college campus.
On the occasion, the resource person from the 160 Battalion delivered an informative lecture highlighting the different types of drugs and their harmful consequences on individuals and society. The speaker also emphasised the importance of staying away from drugs and adopting a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
During the programme, the representatives of the 160 Battalion expressed their gratitude to the Principal, Prof. Anjali Mahajan, for organising such an important awareness programme for the students. They also informed the students about a 20-day training programme that will be organised for those who are interested in joining different paramilitary forces and serving the nation.
In her address, Principal Prof. Anjali Mahajan appreciated the efforts of the Nasha Mukht Club for organising this meaningful programme and thanked the officers of the 160 Battalion for their valuable contribution in spreading awareness among the students.
