JAMMU, Sept 14: Continuing its uninterrupted weekly theatrical journey, Ek Sath Rangmandal today presented its 534th Monday Theatre performance, showcasing a brand-new, progressive street play (Nukad Natak) aimed at combating the rising menace of drug abuse in society.
The performance centered around the powerful bilingual slogan:
(“Stay away from addiction forever, live a full life of happiness”)
The primary objective of the street play was to escalate public awareness regarding the catastrophic impacts of substance abuse, while inspiring the community—especially the younger generation—to embrace a healthy, purposeful, and happy life.
The core message of the performance was straightforward yet profound: to achieve genuine comfort, peace of mind, and a fulfilling life, individuals must completely and unconditionally renounce all forms of addiction. By emphasizing the words “always” and “away”, the performance underscored that the fight against drug abuse is absolute and non-negotiable.
