Inter-state traveler arrested for absconding from Quarantine Centre 7/8/2020 12:21:22 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, July 7: One interstate traveler namely Rajinder Singh who entered the UT in his personnel car and was to be quarantined in Hotel Grand King absconded from the Hotel along with his car.
