Jammu, Feb 2:It is a sad state of affairs that eversince the constitution ofJammu Municipal Corporation came into being the residents of Jawahar Nagar-Talab Tillo area have never been addressed by neither the corporator nor the government agencies to set involved to address the pathetic conditions of the area.
The residents have approached the corporator, the JMC mayor a number of times but nothing changed so far in this area,the residents alleged.
Now before the residents cross the barrier of injustice they have urged the authorities that immediately resolve the problems which have gone painful, hurting and injuring the oldies as well as the young ones being unable to use the roads for safe movements.
Number of people have met with brusies and accidents on the worst ever roads of the areas which is evident they further alleged.
Here it's pertinent to mention that the same pathy is of electric wires roped in and around the so called delaptiated poles,which may invite untoward incidents anytime, the residents maintained.
The upkeep of the drainage, lanes and drains is the worst and the corporater of the area has been turning a deaf ear always with one' pertext or the other,the residents alleged. "Now we are left with only democratic way of representation to demonstrate on roads which shall put commons to trouble and that will be the fault of the men at helms who have failed to reach for addressing the living conditions of the people of this area without any further delay,the residents warned.
