Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 18: After getting show cause notice for allegedly indulging in anti-party activities, all rebel BJP leaders from Kashmir Valley have rendered unconditional apology and promised not to indulge in any such activities in the future.
Highly placed sources said eight rebel leaders have submitted written replies to the show cause notices served to them by the Disciplinary Committee.
“In their replies, the rebel leaders made it clear that they are dedicated and committed party workers and they never think of working against the interests of the party”, sources said and added that all the leaders have in their replies tendered unconditional apology if any of their activity was found against the interests of the party.
As reported earlier, on September 29, the BJP’s Disciplinary Committee issued notices to eight party rebels in Kashmir.
The notices have been issued from party headquarters to GM Mir, Dr. Ali Mohammad Mir, Altaf Thakur, Asif Masoodi, Arif Raja, Anwar Khan, Manzoor Bhat and Bilal Parray.
“While holding an inquiry of indiscipline against Sh. Sofi Yusuf Vice President of Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party, it came to notice to the Disciplinary Committee that there are serious allegations and proof of indiscipline against each of you for indulging in activities prejudicial to the maintenance of discipline in the party.
By your activities a sense of mistrust have been created in party leadership”, the show cause notice reads.
Earlier similar show cause notice was served to the veteran leader of the party and ex-MLA Sofi Yosuf.
