Northern Army Commander celebrates Diwali with troops in Akhnoor 11/13/2023 11:16:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 13: The Northern Command Army Commander Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi on Monday visited forward areas to celebrate Diwali festival with troops in Akhnoor belt here in the city outskirts. "LtGenUpendraDwivedi, #ArmyCdrNC visited forward areas in #Akhnoor and celebrated Diwali with troops," the Northern Command posted on X.
