This plan aims to foster the comprehensive development of manpower by aligning with national priorities, emerging technologies, and citizen-centric approaches. During the launch event, which witnessed the participation of over 1000 employees from various service-related departments such as Railways, Post, CSCs, and BSNL, Shri Vaishnaw emphasized the importance of cultivating a solution-oriented mindset. He echoed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's sentiment that "Mind is never a problem, Mindset is," stressing the significance of proactive problem-solving to drive success. Highlighting the substantial investments being made across these departments under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vaishnaw underscored the long-term vision to lay the foundations for a 'Viksit Bharat' or developed nation by 2047. He urged employees to maintain a high level of performance and continually strive for improvement towards achieving this collective goal. The event also saw key officials, including the Chairperson of the Railway Board, Secretary of MEITY, Secretary of the Department of Posts, and Secretary of the Department of Telecommunication, sharing insights into the capacity building initiatives within their respective domains.
