Jammu, Feb 27: The Crime Branch Jammu (CBJ) on Tuesday arrested a man posing as under-secretary with Raj Bhawan.
A CB spokesman in a statement said one Firdous Ahmed Wagay was arrested by CICE Jammu unit of Crime Branch after taking cognizance in case FIR 03/2024. Wagay, resident of Waskora, Ganderbal has been booked under relevant sections of law and further investigations are on. “The impersonator was apprehended by a team of P/S CICE Jammu. Some incriminating material including fake ID cards, seals and other documents used in the commission of crime has also been seized from his possession,” the spokesman added. |
