NHPC organizes Hindi Kavi Sammelan

Faridabad, Mar 14: NHPC organized a grand Hindi Kavi Sammelan on March 14th 2024 at its Corporate Office, Faridabad for the purpose of promotion of Rajbhasha throughout the company. Shri R.P. Goyal, CMD, NHPC inaugurated the Kavi Sammelan by lighting the traditional lamp. Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, Shri R.K. Chaudhary, Director (Technical & Projects), NHPC and other senior officers and employees were also present on the occasion. Smt Gayatri Goyal and other members of Ladies welfare association were also present during the Kavi Sammelan.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri R.P. Goyal, CMD, NHPC extended a warm welcome to all the poets and said that NHPC employees come from various backgrounds and speak different languages and Hindi plays the crucial role of uniting everyone towards a common goal. He also said the Kavi Sammelan has been organized to welcome the joyous and fun-filled festival of Holi.
During the Kavi Sammelan, renowned poets including Shri Pratap Faujdaar, Smt. Anamika Amber, Shri Praveen Shukla, Shri Deepak Gupta, Smt. Mumtaz Naseem, Shri Gaurav Chauhan and Shri Rajesh Aggarwal enthralled the audience with various poetic recitals based on different poetic ‘rasas’ and also dealing with patriotic and social issues.
