Jammu, Aug 16: Police have registered a FIR against a principal of a prominent educational institution on the charges of sexual harassment.
According to the details available with Early Times Domana Police have registered FIR No. 0212/2024 against the accused following allegations made by a female employee of the institution.
The legal proceedings were set in motion by an order from the Court on August 14, 2024, directing the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Domana Police Station to initiate action against the accused.
The court emphasized the severity of the allegations, categorizing them as egregious acts unbecoming of a school administrator.
