Principal Binoon honoured With 'Sarvali Dr Radhakrishnan Samman'

LUCKNOW, Oct 13: An educational upliftment seminar and National Teacher Award ceremony was organized by Chaudhary Kehar Singh Educational Trust, Baraut on October 5, 2024, on the occasion of International Teachers' Day. In this program, outstanding teachers from 22 states of India were honored with the 'Sarvapalli Dr. Radhakrishnan Award' at Bhagwati College, Baraut.
The chief guest, Hon'ble MP Dr. Rajkumar Sangwan, and special guests, including Ashwini Tomar, President of Nagar Palika Parishad, Baraut, Pankaj Verma, Additional District Magistrate, Bagpat, Amarchand Verma, Sub-District Magistrate, Bagpat, and others, graced the occasion.
Deepak Sharma , an Educator at present Principal HSS Binoon, kishtwar from J&K was also awarded the prestigious Sarvpalli Dr Radhakrishnan Samman in Rashtriya Shikshak Samman Samaroh 2024 on International Teachers' Day.
This esteemed recognition is a testament to Deepak Sharma's tireless efforts, dedication and significant contribution in the field of Education in different roles and capacities during his service career including appointment by NCERT under the Ministry of Education as National level observer during Mid Term Achievement Survey at Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu during 2022 and End Term Achievement Survey at Diu during 2023, Nodal officer School Education Department during Hon'ble PM's visit at Palli, J&K, Coordinator NAS-National Achievement Survey 2017- 2021, Nodal Officer, School Education Quality Management Cell, SEQM Cell DSEJ

Dr. Manish Tomar, Secretary of Chaudhary Kehar Singh Educational Trust, stated that the trust has been honoring outstanding teachers in the field of education for the past three years. Dr. Rajkumar Sangwan, in his address, recalled his school days and said, "Teachers are nation-builders and architects of tomorrow." He congratulated the awardees and encouraged teachers to continue working tirelessly for educational upliftment.
The program was anchored by Arun Malik and Vikas Malik. Rampal Singh, Lal Bahadur Maurya, Amit Kumar Maurya, Jitendra Kumar, and Praveen Kumar provided logistical support."
