CB files chargesheet against Bengaluru firm for duping Jammu doctor

Jammu, Jan 29 : Crime Branch (CB) has filed a charge-sheet against four accused including Director of Bengaluru based company for duping Rs 30.50 lakh from a doctor of Jammu on the pretext of setting up a gym in joint venture.
In a statement here a CB spokesman said that this case was registered on 20-02 -2023 on the written complaint of Dr. Anuj Arora ( Dentist) S/o K.K.Arora R/O C-3 Extension Gandhi Nagar Jammu against Director & others of M/S Chisel Fitness LLP after conducting preliminary verification and prima-facie proving commission of a cognizable case.
He said a team of CB officers also conducted raids in Bengaluru ,Karnataka last month .Team also conducted
thorough searches in collaboration with the officers / officials of Police Stat
Senior Superintendent of Police Crime Jammu Benam Tosh confirmed that charge-sheet of case FIR No. 22/2023 has been filed in the court of law for judicial determination.

It was found that the office premises/building of M/S Chisel Fitness LLP located at 36 NR Chambers Richmond Road Bangaluru was closed for the last 3-4 years, the spokesman said, adding that investigation has been completed and challan produced in the court of law against the four accused namely Satya Shardul Sinha W/o Shardul Ashok Sinha, . Sushil Kumar Tongbram brother of Satya Sinha Director Chisel Fitness, Dr Kingmoohan Director, Corporate & Legal Affairs LLP Bangalore, Gangoni Poorna Chandra, Architect Chisel Fitness LLP Bangalore.
