3 Mahakumbh devotees killed in accident

JAMMU, Feb 17: Three people from Jammu lost their lives, and two others sustained serious injuries in a tragic accident on the Yamuna Expressway near Tappal town of Aligarh District in Uttar Pradesh.
As per reports, the incident occurred around 1:30 PM yesterday when a speeding bus collided with a car traveling towards Noida, causing it to overturn.
The victims were returning home to Jammu from Prayagraj, reports said.
The deceased have been identified as Padam (67) of Nanak Nagar, Yudhveer (50) of Trikuta Nagar, and Savita (65) of Trikuta Nagar.
The injured, Baldev Raj Sharma (71) and Ritu Gupta (48), both from Trikuta Nagar, were rushed to Kailash Hospital in Noida for treatment.
The car was registered in the name of Baldev Raj Sharma of Jammu.
