JAMMU, Mar 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Financial Commissioner (Revenue) has initiated departmental action against Shabir Ahmed Gorsi, former Patwari of Halqa Chak Lala, Jammu, who was also in charge of Patwari Deeli, now posted in Pulwama.
This followed FIR No. 16/2016 filed by the Vigilance Organization Jammu (now ACB).
In partial modification of a previous order, Rakesh Kumar (IAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner (Adm.), Jammu, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer, replacing Shishir Gupta (IAS), who has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner Shopian. |
