Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 4: In line with its tradition of service and social responsibility, Jodhamal Public School, Jammu has contributed towards relief efforts for those affected by the recent floods in Jammu & Kashmir. Recognizing the immense hardship faced by people during these difficult times, the school community came together to extend a helping hand. Through the collective efforts of stakeholders, school management, staff, and students, Jodhamal Public School raised a generous amount as a gesture of solidarity and compassion. A donation cheque of ?5 lakhs was formally handed over to Sh. Rakesh Minhas (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, and Ms. Ansuya Jamwal (JKAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu. The administration appreciated the initiative and acknowledged the school's humanitarian spirit. On this occasion, the Head Girl Guhika Sachdev, Head Boy Puneesh Singh Manhas, Deputy Head Girl Gunjot Kour, Deputy Head Boy Rajanya Ratta, Junior Head Girl Sara Nawaz, and Junior Head Boy Namit Malhotra personally visited the DC Office to present the cheque on behalf of the entire school community. This goodwill initiative was supported by the School Trustee Mr. Nandan Kuthiala and Director Mrs. Arati Kuthiala, who extended their best wishes to the flood affected families and reaffirmed the school's commitment to stand by society in times of need. On this occasion, School Principal Dr. Deep Khare and Vice Principal Ms. Amita Arora expressed heartfelt gratitude to the staff, students, and parents for their generous contributions.
