JAMMU, Nov 14: Shiksha Niketan High School, Gandhi Nagar celebrated Children's Day with great enthusiasm by organizing a vibrant and fun-filled Bal Mela on the school campus on 14th November, 2025.
The Bal Mela featured a variety of food stalls offering delicious snacks, along with several game and activity stalls that included art and craft corners, fun challenges, skill-based games, and interactive learning activities. Students enthusiastically moved from stall to stall, enjoying the lively and colorful arrangements prepared by teachers and classmates.
Adding to the excitement, both students and teachers presented energetic music and dance performances, which filled the campus with cheer, applause, and celebration. The performances highlighted the creativity, confidence, and collaborative spirit of the school community.
The Director of Shiksha Niketan High School Mr Risheek Mengi Ji appreciated the efforts of the staff and students, stating that the Bal Mela not only brings joy but also encourages teamwork, creativity, and holistic development among children.
