Interaction on climate change held at High Court of Jammu

JAMMU, Dec 8: Today the activists of "Nature-Human Centric Peoples Movement ( India)" namely Comrade Roop Lal, Deedar Singh, Dwarka Sharma and P K Kher, visited interact on "Increasing Intensity of Global Warming/Climate Change, its causes and way out in Sociology' with the members of Bar Association at the High Court here.
The activists shared their valuable views on the global environment and gave their suggestions for its remedial measures. Comrade Roop and Deedar while addressing the gathering stated that the nature is supreme and the capital/wealth arises out of it and the loud and clear message of the organization is that people must be educated about the dangers caused due to the environmental pollution for the existence of mankind.
They said there is no option left what to make every possible effort to preserve the environment otherwise it is sure to result in destruction of the mankind. This campaign should be carried out by each and every one at global level, because no force can stop a polluted air environment in Delhi to cross the borders and effect the population of the neighboring Countries. The Lawyers present during the interaction raised certain queries which were satisfactorily explained and replied by the activists.
B.S. Slathia Senior Advocate and President of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu while addressing the gathering stated that the general public should be educated about the repercussions of the environmental pollution caused due to various factors including the casual approach of the successive Governments.
He stated that environment sustainability is very important and if it not preserved in that eventuality the people shall not be able to save the next generation from the multiple diseases etc. He expressed his gratitude to the visiting activists and remembered the services rendered by its founder late Comrade R.P. Saraf for the survival of mankind and assured the activists that in the near future we shall arrange such like interactions so as to educate maximum people against the dangers posed by the environmental pollution.
