7/18/2025 10:58:58 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 18: After the press conference of Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) held a few days ago and the resignation of working president Vikram Singh Vicky from the post of president, the discussion of candidate of new president of YRS and some names were also being discussed, in this regard, a meeting of Chairman Raghuvir Singh and the entire core committee was held at Talab Tillo in Jammu.
All the members of the core committee were present in this meeting, including Founder Member Rajinder Singh , Ranjeet Singh and Rajesh Singh and core committee members Surinder Singh Gilli, Rajveer Singh, Rajan Singh Happy, Mohan Singh, Mohinder Singh, Ramesh Singh, Dharminder Singh, Shamsher Singh, Bablu Singh, Shankar Singh, Neetu Singh, Bittu Singh, Prem Singh, Balbir Singh, Bahadur Singh, Pushpinder Singh, Kala Singh, Balwinder Singh, Manjit Singh , Sanjeev Singh and working President of YRS Vikram Singh.
In this important meeting, the issue of missile and issues of need of Rajput community was discussed and how to raise voice for their rights was discussed, There was a discussion on the names of the members who were eligible to become the President of YRS and everyone gave their suggestions in this discussion.
After this meeting, Chairman Raghuvir Singh shared all the issues with the media and said that YRS has always worked for the betterment of Rajput community, Dogra community and rights of Jammu and Kashmir and just as the Sabha has always raised its voice on important issues and also tried to raise it, similarly, the new President who will be appointed in the future will always raise his voice for our rights.
Raghuvir Singh also told that just as on the occasion of the birthday of the last Dogra ruler of Jammu and Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh Ji on 23rd September, YRS has been organizing a grand rally for the last 11 years and celebrating the birth anniversary of Maharaja Sahab with great joy and just as the tenure of the President Vikram Singh has ended, in view of that, YRS has to announce the new President, but in view of the current circumstances in which elections are being held by mutual consent and the upcoming function of rally on 23rd September, The rally of birthday celebration is very short in time and we are yet to decide on the preparations for this rally. Keeping this process in mind, all the core committee members of the Sabha decided by mutual consent that the appointment of the new President will be done after the rally on Maharaja Hari Singh's birth anniversary on 23rd September. So that the new President who will be appointed will get a good time to raise his voice and in the coming time, he will be able to take good decisions for the Sabha and take good decisions for a bright future.
All the members supported this decision and decided together that we will all prepare for the rally on 23rd September and this rally will be taken out under the chairmanship of Chairman Raghuvir Singh and the core committee. We will celebrate Maharaja Hari Singh's birth anniversary with great pomp and show, remembering his works and contributions and will also pay tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh ji.
