J&K Govt issues roster for administrative secretaries at Civil Secretariat Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Wednesday issued an official roster detailing the presence of Administrative Secretaries at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, for the month of November 2025.
According to Government Order No. 1407-JK(GAD) of 2025, issued by the GAD-JK, senior officers from various departments will remain available at the Civil Secretariat on a rotational basis throughout the month.
As per the order, Anil Kumar Singh, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Public Works (R&B) Department, and Mohammad Aijaz, IAS, Secretary, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, will be available from 3rd to 7th November 2025.
From 10th to 14th November 2025, Shantmanu, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Higher Education Department, and Naveen S.L, IAS, Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, will be stationed at the Secretariat.
During 17th to 21st November 2025, Shailendra Kumar, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Agriculture Production Department, and Dr. Piyush Singla, IAS, Secretary, Information Technology Department, will attend office at the Secretariat.
For the final week, 24th to 28th November 2025, Dr. Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS, Financial Commissioner (ACS), Tourism Department, and Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS, Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department, will be available at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
The order stated that the roster is issued to ensure smooth administrative functioning and timely redressal of public and departmental matters.
