JAMMU, Dec 26: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has notified the terms and conditions of service for the Chairperson and Members of the Jammu and Kashmir Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
As per the notification issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department, the Chairperson and Members will draw salary equal to the last pay drawn at the time of their retirement from previous service, after deducting pension, including commuted value, along with applicable dearness allowance.
The tenure of appointment will be five years from the date of assuming office or until attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier, the notification said. They will also be entitled to transport, residential accommodation, medical facilities, telephone charges, and hospitality benefits as were admissible to them at the time of retirement, it said.
In addition, they will be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every completed year of service |
