16 students of DAV got placed in ICICI Bank

AMRITSAR, Mar 12: In a remarkable feat underscoring academic excellence and industry readiness, DAV College, Amritsar, has achieved a significant milestone in its campus placement drive. As many as 16 students from various streams have been successfully selected by the prestigious ICICI Bank through the recent campus recruitment program.
The selection process, which included rigorous screening, group discussions, and personal interviews, witnessed enthusiastic participation from final-year students. The ICICI Bank recruitment team under the leadership of Nupur Singh ,was highly impressed by the communication skills, conceptual clarity, and professional aptitude demonstrated by the candidates from DAV College.The selected students will work for the position of Relationship Manager under the Aspire Program. They will get a CTC of ?5 LPA.
Expressing his delight over this achievement, the Principal Dr Amardeep Gupta congratulated the students and commended the placement cell for its relentless efforts. "The selection by a leading corporate entity like ICICI Bank is a testament to the quality of education and holistic training we impart at DAV College. It reflects our commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry. I wish our students the very best in their future endeavors," he stated.
Prof Vikram Sharma, Incharge of the placement and training cell attributed this success to the institution's focus on skill-based learning and continuous industry interaction. "We have been working tirelessly to prepare our students for corporate challenges through specialized training modules, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions. This achievement by ICICI Bank is a proud moment for the entire DAV family," he added.
The selected students expressed their gratitude towards the college faculty and the placement cell for their guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
